Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production or fulfillment may have already begun, and cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Preorders

Preorders are placed into production after the order is confirmed. Once production has started, preorder purchases cannot be canceled.

Subscription Purchases

If we offer subscription products in the future, customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date. Canceling a subscription does not refund charges that have already been processed.

Company Rights

I'm Her Studios, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
